Optical measuring system for the inside profile of drawing dies for the 2-piece can manufacture

 

 

 

OTP is used to measure the inner profile of ironing rings in 2-piece beverage can production.

In contrast to the previously known methods, the OTP is measures optically and thus without contact.

 

OTP is characterized by a robust construction, which allows the use of the device under production conditions. The device offers the following advantages compared to the predecessor model RICOS:
